Make sure you stay in the double room with good air conditioning and fridge. Everyone who works in the hotel is very supportive and responsive. It has a particularly good location near the center of town, the outskirts of town, bus station, and the town center.

The twin room is fine with plenty of desktop, good airco, for instance. Very professional people are working. It has quiet location in Phang Nga adjacent to the pier, the centre and the bus station & boat tours. Also, Ton Pariwat Waterfall is a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue...

the employees are welcoming and amazingly nice. location is marvellous and comfortable, easy to book a tour to james bond island. and it's near the bus station & boat tours, center and james bond island' beach.

We really enjoyed every detail about our great 1-night stay here. the staff were exceptionally nice. the setting was marvelous. the location was convenient, near a bus terminal, hospital, shopping center, and close to Krabi and Phuket.

This place is clean with fairly clean bathrooms, conveniently located next to the bus station, the bay, mangrove trees, the cave, and the new bus terminal.

The staff here really goes above and beyond to take care of their guests, making you feel like more than just a number. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean and well-equipped, and the nearby restaurant, Nam View, is simply mind-blowing! Don't forget to ask the friendly reception for directions. I had an amazing experience renting a bike from the hotel and exploring the beautiful Phang Nga Elephant Retirement Park, a sustainable and jaw-dropping way to explore the area. Highly recommended!

We rented bikes and explored the beautiful surroundings, including the picturesque Nam View restaurant recommended by the helpful hotel staff. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel also offered good facilities. a great value for the money!

My children wanted more family-friendly activities at the hotel.

Front desk was always there, but did they even sleep? Restaurant food, let's just say it was edible. Being in the city center, I got a great view of traffic all day. And who needs a spa when you can get a massage? Hilarious!

The wallpaper in my room was so ugly, I thought it was a joke.
